Our standard 30-day direct guarantee is offered on all repairs unless otherwise stated to you at check-in, check-out, during the repair, and/or agreed upon in some way. We are committed to making the repair process for your device fast, easy, and affordable and we stand by our work.
GadgetMates provides a warranty that covers workmanship and parts used in a repair for a period of 30 days from the date of service completion. During this time, we guarantee that the repair work performed by our technicians and the parts utilized in the repair are free from defects and will function as intended.
What Our Warranty Covers:
Our warranty ensures that the repaired device will operate properly and meet the required functionality for the duration of the coverage period. Specifically, the warranty guarantees that:
1) The workmanship applied during the repair was executed to industry standards and will not impede the device’s performance.
2) The parts used in the repair are of high quality, free from defects, and compatible with your device.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
Please note that our warranty does not cover certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
Damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, abuse, or misuse of the device after the repair.
Subsequent damages caused by liquid exposure, physical impact, or any other external factors unrelated to the original repair.
Issues arising from software modifications, unauthorized repairs, or tampering by third parties.
Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or unrelated components of the device.
Warranty coverage is not offered for damages or faults resulting from attempted repairs by you or any other third party.
Due to the uncertain nature of water damage repairs and recoveries, any device checked in for water damage or device that has encountered water damage will not be covered under this warranty policy. Water damage issues are not covered under our warranty policy.
Making a Warranty Claim:
If you encounter any issues related to the workmanship or the parts used in the repair during the 30-day warranty period, please contact us promptly. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you in resolving the matter. To initiate a warranty claim, please provide us with the original repair order or invoice number, as well as a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.
Please note that we reserve the right to inspect the device to verify the warranty claim and determine the cause of the issue. If we find that the problem is covered under our warranty, we will promptly proceed with the necessary repairs or replacement at no additional cost to you.
In the event that an invalid warranty claim is made, your device will be returned back to you. Should you wish to have your device repaired and that is possible, a quote will be provided.
Exclusions and Limitations:
Our warranty coverage is subject to the following limitations:
GadgetMates will not be held responsible for any loss of data or any damage to software, applications, or personal files that may occur during the repair process. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up and safeguard their data before submitting the device for repair.
The warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who received the repair service.
GadgetMates reserves the right to revise or modify the terms and conditions of the warranty at any time without prior notice. The warranty terms in effect at the time of the original repair will apply.
