"I had dropped my phone on the floor and subsequently my screen had blacked out. And since I need my phone for work I knew that I had to get it fixed right away. My husband had an experience here at Gadget Mates where he was able to get his phone fixed very quickly and affordably. Jonas was very understanding that I needed my phone fixed as soon as possible and he made sure to tell the tech so that it could be fixed within the hour just before it closed.
