Yes, there is generally a discount on multiple repairs on the same device when done at the same time. Give us a call or bring your device to us for a quote.
Mail in Repair Questions
Yes, you can mail-in anything listed on our site. If you have any questions, call or email us and we will assist.
We only need the device itself. Do not include accessories, or original packaging as this will increase shipping cost.
We recommended that you do. The passcode is only used in order to test your device before and after the repair is done. Without the password, we may still be able to do repair, however, certain functions such us camera, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth cannot be tested.
We do not need your SIM card, however, we cannot test certain functions of your device without it.
Liquid Damage Service
We do not recommend attempting to turn on your device. If the phone is able to be turned off, we recommend turning off. The sooner you bring the device to us, the better, as we will have a better chance of repairing it. If you are not able to make it to one of our locations, you may attempt to dry it out, and then bring or mail your device to one of our locations.
We recommend bringing device to one of our locations and having our technicians diagnose the problem.
Water damage repairs typically takes 24 – 72 hours to complete depending on the damage. Water damage can be extremely difficult to repair and damage can be thorough the damage is to the logic board and other components.
Glass & LCD Replacement Service
Yes, the responsiveness of the screen is due to the digitizer being cracked. Replacing the screen and digitizer correct this issue, should restore all touch functionality related to the drop.
You can tell if LCD needs to be replaced if screen behind the glass that you touch is bleeding, white, or has dead pixels. The glass controls the touch and the LCD beneath is what you see so if you are seeing more than just broken glass, you must switch out he LCD as well. In most cases, we replace both. Not certain? Yes, the glass replacement service will replace the entire glass face, so the extent of the damage to the previous glass does not matter.
